Hi there and welcome to Lose Fat Body I created this site to be able engage more with you.
I want to be able to help people lose weight effectively, as I have suffered with weight gain most of my life myselt, nope im not super fit guru, just an average Joe who is doing his best to lose weight keep it off and help others do the same.
Ever since taking a desk job I experienced weight gain, and I tried various diets, exercise routines etc, all just to get frustrated.
What really works is to take a lifestyle choice and make it ‘ who you are’ ie if you gym/run let it define you.
