I would not recommend fasting as a solution to obesity. Well not normal fasting, don’t get me wrong,Im a big fan of fasting and I recommend it for detox and as a general health tuner. The reason why a it is not a good solution for fat loss. Is because it is not a lifestyle but would fall under the classification of a fad diet.
Some people Advocate fasting as solution to weight loss and it can be quite effective as a preliminary measure however on it’s own. It cannot be considered a permanent strategy for ongoing weight loss management.
There are many benefits to Fasting, and it may be worth your while two to take a fast in order to detoxify an overburdened body gastro-intestinal tract, mind and immune system.

Basically fasting makes younger and improves your longevity.
My experience with fasting has been a positive one, the had high blood pressure which time managed to cure through taking a five day water fast, i drank green tea and water.
The problem with fasting is that any weight you lose will quickly comeback and worse than before because fasting can slow your metabolism not a good prospect if you battle with fat loss.
It is possible to keep the weight off if you improve your lifestyle to but let’s face it it’s hard to do. We all have the best intentions and we often fail miserably. Personally itself hard task to change your lifestyle over a short period of time we can often only change at the maximum a few points of our lifestyle at a time taking on too much to chew is a recipe for disaster and disappointment.

So i am choosing to focus on fostering not as a weight loss method on its own but more as a traditional detoxification protocol.
