If you want to firm up the underside of your upper arms (the part that flaps around unless you take serious action) then I have a great tip if you're a swimmer with access to a pool.

Hook your feet and ankles around the pool ladder (the part that's underwater), lie back and do the arm movements like you are doing a backstroke. Reach deep and take advantage of that water resistance as you pull your arms around and up.

It is a miracle exercise, lots more fun than lifting weights, just lie back and look at the sky, the clouds and keep those arms moving! I started at 30 "reps" and now do 100 at least 4 days a week. I can't believe how much fun it is to go sleeveless now!!

Also, this exercise works on that fat on your back above your bra (you know what I mean, girls!) Now I can wear size small tank tops and tees instead of extra large. Nothing left to hide!!

Of course people DO look at you strangely wondering why on earth that woman has her feet hooked around the underwater part of the ladder and is just moving her arms like she is doing a backstroke. Ignore them or, if they ask, tell them and they'll be joining you in this sort of weird exercise very soon!!
