If you are keen to lose belly fat, which is the no 1 hardest place to lose fat then aside from trying tons of sit ups etc, which by the way is a myth..

People seem to have some fallacy that if they perform loads of abdominal exercises they will lose belly fat.

Myth 1 Loads of Abs exercises will get rid of belly fat

this approach is a big waste of time, it will help a bit but there are far more effective ways to lose belly fat, all exercise just contributes to the total calories burnt overall your body, you cannot isolate one place and exercise there and expect it to locally remove fat.

If you want a sculpted body and are looking for a program that will not only remove fat but make you muscular and well defined then this is the program for you, Burn the Fat Feed The Muscle

if you are interested in a bodybuilders lifestyle or approach to fat loss(And you SHOULD BE) if youre serious about losing weight, – these people have to slim down really fast before competitions so they have weight loss down to a fine art, – you may think – heck im no bodybuilder! like i did, but the amazing thing is most people do a really stupid thing, and try to “starve” the fat off, this plain does not work! your body slows down your metabolism which actually will make you PUT ON weight once you eat again,

I have a product that ive used to success, and it combines the best of eating healthy food in several small meals a day and specific exercise routines with cardio and weights (no you dont have to kill yourself)
this is a system pretty well suited to men and women interested in toning up, burning all the fat off and having a sculpted body, it really works..

Although it is touted as an exercise program and has 2 chapters on training it is really a nutrition/diet based approach, that uses training as part of its system, it is totally integrated and it works -but its no “quick fix”
i don’t think there is such a thing as a healthy quick fix in losing weight, and in my opinion Tom venuto’s Burn the fat feed the muscle system is one of the healthiest approaches to weight loss, that being said, its not for everyone, it will take dedication and hard work to get results, but what i really like about it is that it focuses on the neglected psychology of weight loss ie motivation and staying motivated, and how to attain your goals.

So i would say to lose belly fat you will need an integrated approach that incorporates diet, exercise and the mental aspects to keep you focussed, thats why i recommended burn the fat, it was the one system that worked for me, but it was damb hard, i needed to eat more times a day, and sometimes pack/prepare my own food in advance so i could keep to their nutrition program, it would probably help if you have a gym membership for this program to become your gospel!, although you could do it all at home with bodyweight resistance or you could use some dumbbells and barbells if you have them lying around in a dusty corner somewhere..

So again i invite you to check out burn the fat feed the muscle if you are serious enough to try a real system that works and not some crappy gimmick I have been there and done that, gimmicks cont work and leave you frustrated and unsatisfied.
