I would say supplement in this order of priority

  • Zinc Gluconate 60-100 mg daily
  • Essential oils of choice
  • vitamin C 1000 mg
  • Tribulus terrestris supplement(for severe low testosterone)
  • Saw palmetto(blocks aromatase so stops testosterone being converted into estrogen) you need this if you are taking tribulus, little known fact, or you just end up producing more estrogen!
